This is soft knit elastic string. Better for direct contact applications to minimize hair pulling and skin irritation from over gripping. Condition is New. Material will be cut into 10 yard lengths .25" elastic banding. Please message us when checking out if you would like the elastic cord cut into strips longer than 10 yards.
