his listing is for a 10M Fan Showtime tenor saxophone mouthpiece. The 10M Fan line of mouthpieces are marketed by longtime vintage mouthpiece dealer Mark Sepinuck. 10M Fan mouthpieces are made of quality German hard rubber. This one was hand finished by Eric Falcon, one of the best mouthpiece makers in the business!
The Showtime features a medium high baffle with sidewalls that are straight until the end of the baffle, then scoop into a medium/large round chamber. This one has a very large tip opening. There is no number marked on the mouthpiece, but it measures .130". The 10M Fan website only lists sizes up to .120" (#9), so I suspect this was a custom order.
This mouthpiece is in excellent condition. The facing is perfectly smooth. There are no tooth indentations on the beak. This mouthpiece has been cleaned/sanitized, so it is ready to play!
