    Description

    Precision xy stage with drivers.
    This was removed from a working Cyberscan Vantage Profilometer (3D part inspection equipment).
    The stage measures 12" by 12" and has 8" of travel in the x and y directions.  The drivers are made by Nanomotion limited: Model AB1A.
    The min step size is 1 micron, and the encoder resolution is 0.5 micron
