    These were all brand new pulls from built encoder/decoder systems. I don't know what driver software these work with so these are definitely a project.
    Since these appear to be custom made for the application, I don't have any way to offer assistance - and as such - these are being sold with no returns.
    These should all be functional as the systems were decommissioned as they were unsold new units.
