Brilhart Carlsbad era hard rubber alto saxophone mouthpiece. I recently acquired this mouthpiece from its previous longtime owner who personally had Ralph Morgan reface the mouthpiece. Ralph Morgan is a legend in mouthpiece refacing, and he opened this one up to .075". It's a wonderful playing mouthpiece, and the facing work looks flawless. The mouthpiece comes in the original box.
