    This is new on the roll - however I'm unsure of the actual age.
    Clean - excellent condition. I would say the first yard on the outside of the roll is useable, but I don't like the time it takes to return to it's shape. When you go beneath that, stretch and return is quick and the way you would expect elastic to work.
