    CARBON FEATHER EVOLUTIONS
    DON’T BE FOOLED!
Almost all carbon fiber hard hats on the market are not true carbon fiber. They don't tell you this in their advertisement, but with research you'll find they use a filler material such as fiberglass to cut back on cost. They only use one layer of carbon fiber on the outside for appearance only. Other models contain no carbon fiber all - it's just a print to look like carbon fiber. All CARBON FEATHER EVOLUTIONS hard hats are 100% carbon fiber/aramid fiber (for colored hats). That's why the thinness and feather light weight can not be beaten by the competition. CARBON FEATHER EVOLUTIONS hard hats are made with 6 layers of true carbon fiber. The hard hat is manufactured via a molded process using extreme pressure and heat to ensure the even and complete impregnation of the fibers and resin for a flawless bond between layers. The colored helmets use a hybrid fiber which is a mix between carbon fiber and aramid fiber woven together. Aramid fiber is similar to carbon fiber and is used in military and aerospace applications for ballistic rated body armor and ballistic composites. Dupont created an aramid fiber that we now know as Kevlar. FEATURES: Quality 8 point suspension head band with 52-63cm adjustable and locking (knob style) band. Designed to fit lower on your head to help prevent your hat from falling off when bending over or working under or in tight spaces. Feather light weight helps to keep the hat from falling off and has been reported to reduce neck strain and fatigue. CARBON FEATHER EVOLUTIONS hard hats have been tested, certified, and comply with ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 TYPE 1 CLASS C requirements.
