Clarinet Mouthpiece Refacing Service - Send me your old mouthpiece for an update

Your favorite mouthpiece doesn't play like it used to? Did it become stuffy, and edgy and you find fewer and fewer reeds fit? You probably need to have your mouthpiece refaced 😉
I started clarinet mouthpiece refacing as a personal quest. But after I got much heartwarming feedback about the refaced/customized mouthpieces I made for close friends and colleagues, I decided to offer my service to the wider public.
What's included?
First, I need some info about the preferred style/strength of your reeds. Do you prefer more or less resistance? Is there anything your mouthpiece is lacking? Is it too dark to too bright for your taste? Do you have any issues with how the mouthpiece articulates? How are the upper notes? Please send me a message before you actually pay for the service. I need to know how can I help you the best.
After careful measurements, I optimize the facing curve, adjust the baffle and the throat if needed, and reshape or regulate the tip and side rails to make sure your mouthpiece plays up to its true potential.
What can you expect?
After the worn-out facing is optimized and everything else is adjusted, you will experience an improved and more reliable response, and probably will find more reeds compatible with your mouthpiece. Having your mouthpiece refaced is also cost-effective! The price of new mouthpieces has never been so high as these days.

Please note that I only offer a limited 'amount' from the refacing service, I will update this value as my time permits. I use trackable priority mail service, and it usually arrives in two weeks worldwide. Additional delays are possible due to the current pandemic situation or the customs.
