We ship worldwide and our shipping costs reflect postage, packing materials, and  applicable insurance. Shipping costs are determined on a flat rate basis. Typical shipping  costs are as follows:

Returns are accepted 14 days from date of receiving merchandise. They are subject to the  following qualifications:
Customer must contact us BEFORE returning merchandise for Return Authorization.
Customer will be issued a full refund for purchase price of merchandise, including  original shipping costs. Customer is responsible for paying to ship the merchandise back to  us.
If merchandise is 'significantly not as advertised' we will issue a full refund,  original shipping costs, and any costs associated with shipping back to us.
All merchandise must be in the same, unused, and complete condition as received by  customer.
