Return Policy
Buyer must contact us for a return authorization BEFORE any refund will be given!  Please give us the opportunity to help first.  It might be as simple as to overcome what may be installation or operational problem before determining it is defective.  We recommend you pre-test before integrating or installing your purchase.  If we can't help fix it we may exchange it.  If we can't exchange it - we will approve a return.  If we authorize a return we will refund it.  In most cases buyer pays return shipping. Buyer has 30 days after receipt.  Item(s) must be completely intact, with all original parts and packaging, in order to be eligible for replacement or refund.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING please consult your eBay Global Shipping Program.  This program will calculate any fees, taxes, tariffs and shipping charges that will be added to the purchase price before check out and provide the buyer with door to door tracking.  Make sure your shipping address is correct or you will pay to have it shipped again.
