These are open box customer returns.
eBay defines Open box as An item in excellent, new condition with no wear. The item may be missing the original packaging or protective wrapping, or may be in the original packaging but not sealed. The item includes original accessories. The item may be a factory second.
I try and make sure the item has not been used. If it has been I sell it as used even if it meets the above conditions.
Most items are new, never beeb installed. The ones that I list as used I cannot fully functional test.
The original packaging will be distressed or missing so please be aware. These are returns and often the packaging has some damage but the product is Open Box.
I visually check every item and test those that I can. If for any reason you are unhappy with the purchase you can return it for a full moneyback guarantee.
Most of my items shipped free but some are calculated shipping because of their weight or bulk. I do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii or any US protectorates. If the item is small, contact me because I may put it in a flat rate box and shipped to your location.
