  • Condition: See photos. The frame is practical, not pretty. The owner took a black marker to the information on the old label on the back, unfortunately. It is possible that the fabric was added to the fan when it was placed inside the frame. It looks that way, to me. There is one cracked blade. There are two placed together. Two blades look like they have missing edges off the top. I think you can see that. 16 3/4" x 12 3/4", overall. The fan spans about 15" across and about 9" to the top of the brass looking handle. I think I see pins holding it down. I don't really know. If you collect these you know more than I do. Really lovely, in my opinion. The fan looks like it was produced during the Eastlake era. Similar in style, in my opinion. I think it is a mourning fan. Of course, I could be wrong on all my assessments. Polite criticism is always welcome. Sold as is.
