ICM7208IPI made by Intersil. Genuine US-made. Seven segment LED display counter, 1pc. In a plastic DIP, 28 pin package.
Condition is used, pulled from formerly working board.

A fully integrated seven decade counter-decoder-driver
Provides a 7 decade counter, multiplexer, 7-segment decoder, digit & segment driver plus additional logic
For unit counter applications the only additional components are a 7 digit common cathode display, 3 resistors and a capacitor to generate the multiplex frequency reference and the control switches
Intended to operate over a supply voltage of 2 to 6 volts
