LOT 25 AVAGO 3-1/2 DIGIT 7-seg GREEN LED Displays -- HDSP-B05G -- New and Unused

Description

ONE Lot 25 AVAGO 3-1/2 Digit (0.56") GREEN 7-segment Multiplexed LED Displays (with no Decimal Points).
Made by AVAGO/HP, part number HDSP-B05G.  Unused, New Old Stock parts, from the original tubes.
These are Common Cathode with no decimal points (in the spec sheet, the "decimal points" are actually the colons and are
individually lightable since they are treated as additional "digits" of the two middle displays).
Displays abut with each other in both directions (see pics).  Nice looking GREEN displays.
From the spec sheet:
If = 25ma/segment max (100ma pulsed)
Vf = 0.80V min / 2.20V typ / 2.60V max @ If = 20ma
Luminout intensity/segment = 4500ucd typ @ If = 10ma
Peak wavelength = 568nm @ If = 20ma
Dominant wavelength = 573nm
Operating temperature: -40 to +105 decrees C
The body dimensions of the display are ~2.016" (51.70mm) long x 0.752" wide (19.10mm) x 0.315" (8.00mm) thick (excluding the leads).
The digit dimensions are 0.560" (14.22mm) high by 0.307" (7.80mm) wide [~1.8" across for all digits].
The leads are ~0.157" (4.00mm) long on 0.1" centers and 0.6" across the package.
There are 12 leads on the package (8 for the multiplexed anodes and 4 for the common cathodes).  Very easy to pinout.
Note: Since this is a 3-1/2 digit display, the orientation matters and in order to get the 1/2 digit to appear on the LEFT, the 7-pins should
be on the BOTTOM (with the package lettering) and the 5-pins on the TOP.
Will ship in a USPS 1st class priority mail Flat Rate padded Envelope or Small/Medium/Large Flat Rate box, depending on the quantity.
Note: I will transfer the parts from the original tubes to plastic baggies to save on shipping.  The parts will not be hurt at all.
Note: If you are interested in buying a larger lot, they come in boxes of 250 which i have several of.  I would give you a significant discount
