This is a used binder in what I would call good condition; keep in mind that we condition cards, not binders, typically. The mechanism is still quite snappy, colors of the prints are great, but the plastic outside does show some clouding and a couple small stretch marks (see photos). The bottom of the middle section has a bit of loose plastic, as shown in picture. The inside has some marks from the 3 rings, again, see picture.
