    Vintage New York USA Meyer 6M Alto Sax Mouthpiece. This late 60's authentic New York Meyer was opened up from a 4M to a 6M by Tommy Occhiuto Woodwinds San Francisco. It has some slight indenture from the previous owner on the left side of the tip, which is not significant.Very minor little scratches, no dents. If you're looking for that classic sound, this piece has it.
