Mouthpiece Vintage Gary Sugal 7* Alto Sax. i believe the mouthpiece was never refaced but i cannot be sure of that. it is in good condition as in the photos. I couldn't understand what is written on the mouthpiece about the model but it looks like it was manufactured in 1993
