Description

This is a Newport LP-2A-XY 2-axis adjustable 2" lens positioning mount. Parts come from engineering surplus stock, it was not removed from an optics assembly.
It is typically used within optics systems to mount lens assemblies and allow designers to precisely adjust assembly location in X and Y.  Each axis comes with a locking mechanism to ensure stable positioning once the optics elements are correctly adjusted. Unit also comes with the original mechanical support pieces from Newport.
