This mouthpiece is new in an unopened box from the JJ Babbitt factory in Elkhart, IN. You will receive the exact model mouthpiece that is advertised in this listing. (If you receive an open box, it is because that is the box we opened to take the photos for this listing.)
Please also note that because these are new, factory sealed mouthpieces, we do not intend to be a trial service and will not accept returns for a mouthpiece you didn't like.
