Personal Touch Health Care Apparel offers many convenient shipping methods for delivery within the continental United States. During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to choose between delivery methods and view the actual shipping charge for your order before entering any billing information.
International shipping to Canada and UK- price is per weight. There are 2 options available priority - from 3 to 5 business days or economy - 5 to 10 business days.
Orders received, up until 4:30 PM EST will generally be processed the same day (assuming we have no difficulty validating the billing or shipping information); orders received after 4:30 PM EST will not be processed until the next business day. Note that orders received after 2:00 PM EST on Friday or the day before a holiday will not be processed until the next business day after the weekend/holiday. Also, while we maintain a huge stock of all our products, it is best to call for availability if you are choosing an express shipping method.
-All shipments are subject to terms & conditions of the shipping carrier.
Please note that FedEx Ground shipping is not available for deliveries to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

RETURN POLICY
» Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
» Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred.
» All returns prior to 30 days are subject to 15% restocking fee.
» There is no Restocking fees to exchange an item
» Refunds will not be made on items that have been worn, washed, labeled, altered or not in original packaging and must be in a sellable condition
» Our company policy is no cash refunds after 30 days. All returns after 30 days are subject to 50% restocking fee.
» All special ordered merchandise are final sale.
» New York state law prohibits the return of any and all underwear or disposables whether they were worn or not.
Returns Exchanges must have RMA# and original invoice, all others will not be credited or exchanged.
