This is a new SD Instrument (Acquired by Siskiyou Corp.) Custom Tilt, Yaw and pitch adjustable 2" optics mount with. Part come from surplus stock, it may have been mounted on an R&D system but it was not scavenged from any field equipment.
It is typically used within optics systems to mount complex lens assemblies (such as a laser beam expander) and allow designers to precisely adjust optics alignment.
