    his listing is for a vintage Selmer (Paris) metal mouthpiece for tenor saxophone. It is the "Jazz" model, as marked on the table of the mouthpiece. This mouthpiece has flat inner side walls, and a medium/small round chamber. This one comes in the fairly rare, and desirable "E" facing. The tip opening measures right on spec at .083".
    This mouthpiece is in very good used condition. The facing (tip, table, and rails) is perfectly smooth, and original. It has never been dropped or damaged. The shank is perfectly round.
    The silver plating is almost fully intact, and bright and shiny.
    There was a significant tooth indentation at the front of the bite plate. I filled it with black epoxy and smoothed it flush with the existing original bite plate material. You can tell that it was filled, but it has no effect on how the piece plays. I'd recommend using a mouthpiece cushion to prevent any future wear. This mouthpiece has been cleaned/sanitized. There is no cap and ligature included.
