This incredible blank still shows signs of the chedeville blank it was made from with the low block STEEL EBONITE stamp at the bottom
This is an incredible piece of history, and be sure that this piece was made with an incredible blank
"SUPERB" At the top, six pointed star in the center and the low Chicago ILL logo at the bottom, covering the steel ebonite which is pictured.
I can't find any ARTISTIC FACING or CC or anything like that. But maybe a bit of heat would bring it out if it is there
Maybe Charles Chedeville, maybe Henri Chedeville, maybe EB.... who knows.  What is known is that this is an incredible blank, touched by the best masters of this craft ever to live.
