his listing is for two saxophone mouthpiece (alto & tenor) that have pickup microphone ports installed in them. Such microphones were popular in the 1970's and 80's, and sometimes the connection port would be installed on the sax mouthpiece itself. That is the case here. A hole was drilled into the top of these pieces, and it was threaded so that the port could be screwed in. Please note that there is no actual microphone included...these just have the port to plug a microphone into. If you wanted to use these without a microphone you would need to either plug the port, or remove it and plug the hole in the mouthpiece. Actually, the other small piece shown in the pictures is another microphone port  with a plug that was removed from another mouthpiece. The plug part of that set will fit the other ports.
These mouthpieces are in very good used condition. The facings are smooth and original. There are no tooth indentations on the beak, although the tenor piece does have tooth scratches. There are other minor ligature scratches and scuffs on the exterior as well. The ligatures are also in good condition.
