    Vandoren V16 Baritone Saxophone Mouthpiece - B7 - WITH Optimum Ligature/Cap.  Only used a few times.  It is in excellent condition and totally unblemished.  Purchased new 2 months ago.  Normally costs about 0 for mouthpiece and for ligature and cap.  This is model SM833.  It is hard to distinguish from new.  The V16 is smaller in diameter than the standard baritone saxophone mouthpiece and the ligature is specially designed to fit this unit.  It's a great buy if you are into jazz on the bari....
