You are purchasing a vintage Pokemon card binder. The item you see in the images is the exact item you will be receiving.
The binder is in decent condition overall but does have some wear and flaws. Both covers have scratches and minor holes in the plastic at the edges. The first 2 pages of sleeves have issues but cards still go in just fine. There is also a sticker on the inside of the back cover. Original and authentic from Wizards of the Coast in 1999 around the original release of the Pokemon TCG in the US.
