Vintage 3” Jew’s Harp Mouth Instrument
There’re tons of names for these, including but not limited to jaw's harp, ozark harp, guimbard, and juice harp. They're also called linguaphones due to the long, thin metal plates looking like tongues.
Played by wrapping your lips around the straight part of the instrument, resting the frame against your jaws. Flick the long metal tongue while adjusting your mouth volume with your tongue and cheeks.
Condition is as shown; the frame is solid with good spring in the tongue. ENGLAND stamped on the frame.
