his listing is for a vintage Berg Larsen metal (stainless steel) tenor saxophone mouthpiece. It is a fat body version. This piece is from the late 1970's or early 80's. It has horizontal mill marks on the table. It is stamped 100 2 M on the shank. The "M" indicates the medium facing curve, which is actually the longer of the two options Berg offers. The 2 is the baffle number (on a scale of 0/brightest to 3/darkest).
The 100 of course indicates the tip opening. Unlike many vintage Bergs, this one actually measures .100" on the dot.
This mouthpiece is in excellent used condition. The tip, table, and rails are perfectly smooth. There is no oxidation on the table. The bite plate is free of tooth indentations. This piece has been cleaned/sanitized. There is no cap or ligature included.
