his listing is for a vintage King tenor saxophone mouthpiece. This is a stock mouthpiece from probably the 1950's or 60's.
It is made of plastic. It
has slightly undercut, but flat, inner side walls leading to an oblong chamber. It is marked 2 on the side.
The tip opening of this mouthpiece measures .075".
For reference, that is equal to a Selmer C**.
This mouthpiece is in overall good condition, except that it has some tooth indentations on the beak. These could be filled with epoxy and smoothed, or you could just use a mouthpiece cushion over the top. The facing is perfectly smooth, and original. There are scratches and scuffs on the exterior. It has been cleaned/sanitized.
