    This item is pre-owned -it is in used condition, with plenty of life left to it. The wheel is not smooth, it does show signs of wear.  It turns easily.
    It measures about 8" from end to end. The diameter is about 1 7/8". The handle is wood.  It weighs about 1 1/2lbs.
