Each page in the binder holds 4 cards
The mini-binder is black with a Nintendo Power logo on the front
The item is in good vintage pre-owned condition with no major flaws or issues like rips, tears, holes, dents, or dings. The item does have some issues: the top cover does not close far enough to be even with the bottom cover when the binder is empty. I am fairly sure this is from the item being stored full of cards for many years. Also, the binder has an overall upward curve when you look at it from the side.
The interior pages that hold the cards are used and show signs of use, but they still function fine
Other than that, the item just has wear due to age, use, and storage
