Vintage Reloplex Hollywood Gregory Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece

Description

Vintage Rico Reloplex Hollywood tenor saxophone mouthpiece. Rico distributed the famous M.C. Gregory line of mouthpieces. They also contracted with Gregory to produce mouthpieces to be sold under the Rico name. It is essentially the same design as the Gregory diamond Los Angeles model, but made of plastic, rather than resin. The mouthpiece has flat inner side walls, similar to a Brilhart.
This one is stamped 4P. The tip opening measures .085". It's stamped 5810. The silver ring on the shank is original, not a repair. The condition is quite good for the age of the mouthpiece. The rails show some very minor wear but they are still nicely defined. The mouthpiece looks like it hasn't been played much in its lifetime.
