This Vintage Selmer Large Chamber Tenor Saxophone(C Melody?) Mouthpiece is in good original , unaltered condition, except for a chip at the very end of the shank. The tip, rails, baffle and table are all in excellent original condition. I know that this mouthpiece dates from the mid to late 1920’s- however I am not sure if is a tenor saxophone or a C melody saxophone mouthpiece. I pictured it next to a vintage Soloist long shank alto saxophone mouthpiece for a chamber size and length comparison. The chamber is much larger than the Soloist mouthpiece! The soloist mouthpiece is not for sale in this add, but is comfortable sale in another add. This add is only for the Vintage 1920’s large chamber mouthpiece.
