Vintage Steve Broadus New York Perfected Model S4 Mouthpiece.  Measures about 3 1/8 inches long.  Came on a Rudy Wiedoeft Holton Sax that I will be listing later.  I don't know a lot about the sax or mouthpiece but email if you have questions.  Shipping in the US for .75.  No sale internationally.
