Vintage "Vibrator USA" Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece. Marked 5 and tip opening measures .080. I have never seen one of these. It has a small oval opening leading into a large donut shaped chamber. The only mouthpiece I have seen similar to this is the Lelandais Trompette Model. Unusual and hard to find piece. Made of clear plastic. Excellent condition. Shipping in the US is .50.
