    Description

    Vintage WELTRON 2001 Space ball Stereo AM/FM 8-Track Multiplex Stereo Yellow. AM/FM radio works but needle will only go down to 93 FM (pictures show full left and right adjustment). 8 track will switch programs but does not play, I’m not qualified to attempt to repair so I have not tried. Tested with 120v cord but did not invest in 8 D size batteries to test, but the battery cradle is clean with no visible corrosion. Antenna is complete and she’ll has no cracks. There is a small dent in the nameplate on the back (pictured). There is static when adjusting slides and knobs but the balance, tone, volume, tuning, and AM/FM/Tape switches all wor properly. Both speakers also work. Feel free to email questions or requests for additional info or pictures. This is a great unit and will need little for a full restoration.
