Vintage 1950's SUPERGARD HARD HAT DARK GRAY FIBRE-METAL PRODUCTS USA EXCELLENT CONDITION. This Wonderful 60+Year Old Hard Hat belonged to my late father. It was dads first hard hat he used in the 50's while Electrical Supervisor for Clark Equipment Co. Battle Creek Michigan the Forklift Manufacturer, where he was in that capacity for 35 years. The hats measurements are:
11-1/4" Long × 8-3/8" Wide × 5-1/2" Tall, I believe its size is supposed to be adjustable from 6-5/8 to 8. The hat is Fiberglass, I'm not sure if FIBRE-METAL PRODUCTS infused metal with these vintage hats or not. The hat has NO Cracks or Chips, and has all its original pieces.
