White 4UP Playset Pro-Binder - Used, Out of Print - Ultra Pro

This is a listing for the item in the title and shown in the image. Whole binder was used for holding cards and kept in storage for most of its life. Binder is no longer made by Ultra Pro and is nearly impossible to find new anymore.
I'm not a professional card grader so conditions are listed based on my knowledge. If an item is sold for over or is too large to ship in a standard envelope then the package will be sent with USPS First Class shipping in a padded envelope or box. If it sells for over 0 it will require signature on receiving the package. Otherwise the item will be sent sleeved in a toploader using a standard envelope and stamps
with USPS Standard shipping
or using eBay standard envelope.
